Halloween is almost here, and for the first time, I’m thinking about giving my little gecko a Halloween makeover.
Last year, while celebrating Halloween with my friends and family, I had a wild idea. Why should only people have Halloween fun? After all, my gecko is like family too!
With just two days left until October 31st, Halloween is coming up fast, and I’m seriously considering how to make it special.
I’m not sure what you have in mind for your gecko, but I’m excited to share my thoughts on dressing up my crested gecko in some cool Halloween costumes.
Here are some previews of my plan:
Here’s My Plan
I’ve already ordered some plastic pumpkins with LED lights from Amazon, and I’m expecting them to arrive today.
Once I have them, I’ll start decorating.
I’m also thinking about adding some fake spiderwebs and small witch hats to complete the look.
However, Halloween is all about making memories, so I’ll have my camera ready to capture some cute moments. Dressing up my gecko in costumes should make for some adorable photos.
But if my gecko doesn’t like the costume or gets upset, I won’t push it. His comfort is the most important thing, and I’ll enjoy Halloween with him in his usual state if that’s what he prefers.
What do you think? Do you have any ideas? Feel free to share them in the comments.
I’m a mom of two adorable babies and a huge fan of Crested geckos. I first fell in love with these charming reptiles when I was a teenager. Now, I have nearly five geckos, and they are my daily companions. I talk to them and take care of them as best as I can. This blog is my way of helping those who have these cute little creatures but aren’t sure how to take care of them.
